"Website" means the website http://bridgetourneys.com which is registered from Aretech, a company duly existing and organized under the laws of Poland. The companies office is at Sosnowiec, Jagiellonska 13A, Poland.
"User" means each person who establishes a connection for access to use the Service provided by the Website and who has accepted this Agreement.
"Service" means the interactive service operated by the WebSite, which allows the User to add new tournament entries into the WebSites database. These tournaments are presented on the Website. The Service includes editing/deleting tournament entries if necessary.
2. Legal notice.
2.1 This Agreement constitutes a valid and binding agreement between you and the WebSite for the use of the Service. You are required to read this Agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions in order to register and access/use the Service.
2.2 In any case, by registration you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Therefore, if you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not register.
3.1 Prior the using of the Service, User must register via the provided Registration Form and shall:
(i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about himself as prompted by the Registration Form;
(ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
Upon completing the Service's registration process, User will be designated with an account and password. User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and/or account and fully responsible for all activities that occur under his password and/or account.
4.1 Provided User accepts, agrees and complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, bridgetourneys.com grants the User a personal, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, non-transferable license to access the Service of the website.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties.
5.1 The Website, Service and/or Content are provided "as is" and/or "as available" basis and there are no warranties, claims or representations, either express or implied, or statutory, with respect to the Website, Service or Content, including warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, nor are there any warranties created by course of dealing, course of performance, or trade usage.
5.2 The WebSite does not represent or warrant:
(i) that the Website, Service and/or Content will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete, error-free, or will operate without data loss;
(ii) the Website, Service and/or Content will satisfactorily meet User's requirements; and
(iii) the acquired results from the use of the Website, Service and/or Content will be accurate or reliable.
The WebSite does not warrant any connection to or transmission from the Internet.
6. Modifications of the Service.
The WebSite reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, whole or parts, with or without prior notice, at any time. User agrees that the WebSite shall not be liable to the User or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
This Agreement will be effective as of the date User accepts this Agreement and will remain in effect until terminated by either Party.
